Who are we: Jack "The Amatuer" Gurk

Growing up Jack’s first memories were with his dad at Churchill Downs Race Track. Jack’s dad had a horse racing farm and spent many days as a kid around barns, stables and racetracks. Growing up racing and motorcycles were always around. Being born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, Nicky Hayden a MotoGP legend, had a massive impact on the local area and his childhood. After a move to Las Vegas Nevada, Jack’s start as a photographer and videographer began. At 16, with the help of his father, Jack bought his first Nikon camera and a set of lenses. Photography and videography would eventually turn into a full time job. After Jack’s 21st birthday, once again with the help of his dad, would purchase his first Harley Davidson motorcycle. After riding home in first gear, stalling and falling over, Jack’s feeling of confidence and independence skyrocketed. This would eventually lead to a track training and introduction course by Champ School with Kyle and Cody Wyman. Seeing and hearing V-Twins at race pace, moves the soul and it was telling him to do this. With memories from his childhood fresh in his mind, from this day on Jack had dreams of reaching a professional level for Harley Davidson. Jack’s energetic and lively attitude allows you to feel through the visuals, not just view them. His love for the community and diversity of riding culture is priority number one.
